The interior design project was requested to rethink the spaces both at the functional, aesthetic and communication level of an artisan bakery present in the territory since 1870. In line with the organic production choices attentive to the territorial resources, the concept wanted to strengthen the idea of naturalness and tradition with a completely wooden furniture, as requested by the clients, but with contemporary forms. The concept of the project, developed in collaboration with the architect E.Trevisani, is based on the element of the counter that, developing along almost the entire area, combines the sale of bread, the area dedicated to the pastry shop and the new cafeteria area.
